Who’s behind RepStudio
RepStudio is built by Charu Agrawal, founder of Anicca Wellness. “I’ve spent the last few years building AI roleplay tools for conversations people dread — first for social confidence, now for the one that decides what you get paid. Most people go through hard conversations for the first time while it’s happening. RepStudio exists so that never has to be true again.”
Why trust us on negotiation?
Because we watch these conversations happen, every day. RepStudio’s coach runs live practice negotiations — recruiters low-balling, managers citing frozen budgets, the long silence after an ask. Our guides aren’t theory collected from other articles: they’re shaped by where real people freeze mid-conversation, which pushback actually comes up, and which counters hold up under pressure.
How the guides are written
Each guide covers one field’s actual pay mechanics — grid placement for nurses, flat-rate books for auto technicians, class-parity offers at the Big 4 — researched and drafted with AI assistance, then reviewed and edited by us before publishing. We only publish a guide when it can say something field-specific: if it could be written by swapping job titles, it doesn’t ship.
Guides carry the date they were last meaningfully updated — not auto-refreshed timestamps.
Spotted something wrong?
Pay practices change — a certification stops moving rates, a differential gets restructured. If a guide has something outdated or incorrect, email support@repstudio.app. We correct guides and re-date them.
