Terms of Service

RepStudio (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Anicca Wellness, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and applications we operate at repstudio.app and app.repstudio.app, including any content, guides, and features offered through them.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

RepStudio is a software product that helps you prepare for high-stakes workplace conversations — such as salary negotiations, performance reviews, and difficult discussions with managers — through AI-powered roleplay (by text and, where available, voice) and personalized preparation material generated from the information you provide.

The Service is a practice and preparation tool. It is not career counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any negotiation outcome. Compensation results depend on factors outside our control.

Responses in roleplays and generated guides are produced by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Use your own judgment before acting on anything the Service produces.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your account

Some features require an account, which you can create with your email address or a third-party sign-in such as Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Purchases

Parts of the Service are free; others require a one-time purchase that unlocks specific features, content, or credits. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly presented as such at checkout.

  • The price and what you receive are always shown before you pay. Prices may change, but changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Dodo Payments or Whop). We never receive or store your full card details. Your purchase may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms.
  • Purchased features are delivered digitally, through your account or the email address you provide at checkout.
  • 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a purchase, email us at support@repstudio.app within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or the payment provider’s policies.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter into the Service — your answers, messages, and voice input (“your content”). You grant us the license needed to operate the Service: to process, store, and transmit your content (including to the AI providers that power roleplays and generated guides, as described in our Privacy Policy) in order to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not enter content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, guides, scripts, and other content we created — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own preparation and practice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the Service or its content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • reverse engineering, scraping, or bulk-extracting content or data;
  • attempting to bypass payment, access controls, or usage limits;
  • using the Service to generate or spread harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content;
  • interfering with the Service’s operation or other users’ access;
  • impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will lead to any particular career or financial outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the Service). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where the law of your place of residence grants you mandatory protections or venue rights that apply regardless of this clause.
